Place ribbon through front opening of frame and out of top round hole,
slip ribbon under clip. Pull ribbon back into side groves for placement. |

Place circle over hole of frame. Place funnel over fabric and
force fabric downward into frame. With finger, push down on fabric to form the bag. |

Using the scoop, pour ingredients up to bottom of the funnel. Tie ribbon around the bag and pull forward and down firmly. |

To use wedding bubbles place fabric over the frame and place bubbles
UNDER the funnel and push down. Tie ribbon under the cap of the bubbles. |

To cover only the cup of the champagne glass, cut a 1" slit in the
center of the circle and button-hole the stem through the circle. Place the circle and glass over the frame, use funnel to push the glass through the frame, fill cup, and tie off. |

 |
To cover the entire cup, use a 12" circle; place fabric over the frame, place funnel in the cut and push cup through the frame. Fill cup, and tie off. |
